No Profit and NGO

We helped several non-profit organizations through a research and analysis processes, with the aim of:

  • identify the differential value perceived by the final customer of the co-branded presence in order to support collaboration with profit companies
  • analyze the touchpoints and the customer journey of NGO supporters, in order to corroborate their contribution
  • develop our client positioning with respect to other non-profit competitors, in order to differentiate in terms of value perceived by the supporters

We have also worked withs everal CSR managers to help them understand how to enhance their relationship with NGOs in the eyes of the end customer.
