Luca Molteni
Partner and CEOFounder and administrator of Target Research, he has over 35 years of experience in marketing research and advanced analytics. He is a researcher at the DEC department of Bocconi University, where he is responsible for the courses Market Research and Business Forecasting, Big Data and Databases, and Predictive Analytics for Data-Driven Decision Making, and has been teaching Statistics for decades. Additionally, he is a senior lecturer in Business Data Analytics at SDA Bocconi and a faculty member of the MBA program. He is also a member of the Bocconi Institute for Data Science and Analytics (BIDSA). He has written books and numerous publications on market research and predictive AI. Recently, his focus has been on the potential impacts of generative AI in business.

Daniela Tambu
Partner & Market research specialistTarget Research partner. With a degree in International Relations and European Studies and a Master in Marketing and Communication at Bocconi University, after many years of theoretical studies and operational practice, she became an expert of qualitative researches (in-depth interviews and focus groups) and quantitative researches. She also manages the relationship with the field providers. In the last years, she supported clients as: ABB, Iliad, Interbrand Italy, UK and Germany, Schüco, Kerr, Generali Real Estate, BNP Real Estate, Fiera Milano, Linde Group, Mediaset, Sky, Carrefour, Peck, Pirelli, Jaguar Land Rover and Lamborghini.

Daniele Tonini
Senior Consultant & AdvisorSenior consultant and Advisor at Target Research, where he specializes in Advanced & Predictive Analytics. He has gained over ten years of experience in the design and development of predictive analysis systems, data quality management, and dynamic reporting, particularly in areas such as CRM, Risk Management, and Pricing. He is an adjunct professor at Bocconi University in Milan (Department of Decision Sciences) and at the University of Insubria. He teaches courses in Statistics, Predictive Analytics for Data-Driven Decision Making, Big Data and Databases, Market Research, and Quantitative Methods for Management. He has written a book and published papers on time series analysis and forecasting, a field in which he is both passionate and highly skilled.

Adriano Mosella
Senior Analyst & Project managerSenior Analyst and Project Manager at Target Research. Graduated in Management at University Luigi Bocconi, has a Master's degree in Political Science from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and a Master's degree in Marketing and Big Data at Bocconi University, where he now works as professor for the Market Research course, assistant for the Fundamentals of Business Analytics course and tutor in the second level Master in Marketing and Communication (MIMEC) at SDA Bocconi. He is interested in the process of extracting valuable information from data to guide and improve business decisions. He deals with market research, data analytics and visualisation. In the world of market research he has worked for several clients, such as Dompé, NIO and Edison. He supports Grandi Stazioni Retail by working at the Milan office.

Giovanni Giussani
Senior Data scientistSenior data scientist at Target Research. Graduated in Finance and Marketing Management from Bocconi University, he is interested in the application of programming languages and data analysis with solid statistical, theoretical and practical skills. He has provided support for clients such as Mediaset, Sky, ARVAL and the University of Gastronomic Sciences. He teaches Statistics in the Bachelor's Management course and Market Research & Business Forecasting in the Master of Science's Marketing Management course at Bocconi University. He is involved in several research projects at SDA Bocconi.

Alessandra Clarissa Vercesi

Matteo Melocchi

He obtained bachelor degree in Economics and Finance with a major in Data Science and Business Analytics at Bocconi University, he is interested programming languages applications and data analysis with solid statistical and theoretical skills, aimed at identifying relevant insights for the development of optimal strategies. He has worked on market research and advanced analytics projects for clients such as NIO, UNICMI and UNIRIMA.
